The solution for digital printers: With the new HEFTER Systemform card cutter CC 150 is the production of various jobs, such as business cards, tickets, photos or post cards, done in no time. Produce accurately trimmed sizes by cutting, creasing or perforating – with the CC 150 it’s easy and works excellent.
Use predefined programs for producing standard trimmed sizes. Also individual jobs can be programmed and stored anytime.
Just enter the printed A4 sheets, select the program and start. A4 sheets of different thickness (up to 350 g/m²) and even oversized forms like SRA4 will be fed reliably.
Either the sheet edge or an optical mark can be selected as start position for the cuts and intermediate cuts. Optical marks printed on sheets ensure an automatic image drift compensation.
The cutted cards are stacked in an adjustable tray and are easily accessible for the operator. The cutting and slitting knives are extremely strong, and ensure an always professional look of the cards, even after a high quantity of cuts.
