The HEFTER Systemform inline print and inserting system Print & Mail 4350 offers a compact print-inserting-solution, especially for delivery notes and invoices. The printouts are printed on demand, transferred to the inserting machine and inserted.
Processes
Printing delivery notes or invoices with a standard laser printer which can drop the documents on its rear
+ Document transfer to the transport and accumulating station
+ Accumulating the documents to one group (1 to 5 sheets maximum)
+ Feeding A4 or envelope sized insertions
+ Folding and inserting with the SI 4350 = 1 single process
Following to this process the finished delivery note/invoice can be fixed on or put into the parcel manually or automated (e.g. with a mobile robot).
The Print & Mail 4350 combines all steps in one single process; it saves time and reduces handling errors which may easily occur by doing each individual step isolated. The documents run directly from the printer into the envelope (without any intermediate step). This automated process even meets the customers’ need to “Print on Demand” from scanning and printing to the sealed envelope, e.g. of delivery notes and invoices.
